Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. His father was an Argentine who is of Scottish as well as English descendance. She is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor-Joy's siblings are four of her father's previous marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until the age of six when the family moved into Victoria at the time of London. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was very traumatic. She refused to learn English and believed she would be able to return to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was required to take her.
